Step 2: Transfer or Send us Your Prescription Information

Do you have refills remaining at another pharmacy? We can contact the pharmacy and transfer any prescriptions to MedChoice.

Seeing your doctor soon? Have them fax us all your prescriptions and we can hold any you may not need now.

Need us to contact your doctor for a renewal of a regular medication? No problem! Provide us with your medication details along with your doctor’s information and we will contact them on your behalf to refill it

Step 3: We Take Care of the Rest!

Once your account is set up you are ready to go! Earn points, start shopping, and start saving!

For any new prescriptions have your physician send it directly to us via fax, e-prescribing, or by phone. If you have a written prescription you can also send us a picture of it through our mobile app then mail us the original.

Once you’ve placed your order you can track your shipment online. You will also receive text/email confirmations each step of the way!
